Our journey begins each August, when our dedicated orchard team utilizes state-of-the-art mechanical shakers and sweepers to gently harvest our almonds. With each tree, our team ensures that only the best almonds make it to our processing facility.

After taking some time to dry, almonds are carefully shaken from the trees by specialized shakers. The nuts gently fall to the ground where they are allowed time dry out even further. Once the Almonds are dried, sweepers sweep the nuts into wind rows before they are transported from the fields to our processing facility.

As the trees rest, we work to prepare them for the upcoming crop year. Winter pruning eliminates non-producing branches and shapes trees to take full advantage of sunlight and water. Small details make a big difference in almond quality and consistency.
